• Supervised and conducted more than 200 depositions of individuals suspected of automobile insurance fraud. • Managed the Examination Under Oath Unit and its staff and conducted seminars on deposition techniques, as well as identity theft, stolen vehicles, and provider fraud to Special Investigators and Claims Adjusters. • Investigated suspect medical facilities; analyzed accident sites, vehicle conditions, and medical records with special investigators and local, state, and federal agencies; identified staged and conspiracy accident claims.
