- Processing and submission of third party insurance billing, maintenance of all patient and insurance collections eliminating aging older than 45 days delinquent, bringing receivables to a current status, requesting of prior authorizations as needed for various treatments with their insurance carrier. - Conduct follow-up and monitor (audit) all correspondence between insurance carriers and patients to ensure direct reimbursement in a timely manner. - Set financial contracts for needed treatment based on set standards or create and implement new policies to assist with financing major treatments. - Assisted with brand and website development. - Review and plan clinic work flow to ensure quality of patient care and to increase productivity and performance management. Make any needed changes that are necessary to ensure efficient administrative and clinic operations. - Directed Morning meetings with administrative staff.
