Daily Duties at The Ar (Administrative Repair) Doctor:
- Create practice policies to set new standards to maximize growth, increase revenue, and to eliminate wasted time management making a more efficient medical/dental practice. - Observation of clinical staff, administrative staff and physicians making recommendations to solve problems appropriate to improve overall quality of patient care and to ensure professionalism amongst the staff and physicians. - Review and plan clinic workflow to ensure quality of patient care and to increase productivity and performance management. Make any needed changes that are necessary to ensure efficient administrative and clinic operations. - Proficient with hiring, terminating, and retraining staff for various administrative positions and to provide directions and supervision to subordinate staff. Train new and existing staff on practice policies, procedures and providing appropriate tools for success. - Training administrative staff on ICD-9, CPT coding for accurate insurance submission and assist with bringing cash flow to a current status. Eliminating patient collections and insurance aging older than 45 days, appeals/audits for accounts and receivables posting. - Training administrative staff on scheduling appointment and clinic work flow. - Created marketing plans to assists with the growth of the practice including website and branding.
