Daily Duties at Kurland, Bonica & Associates, P.C.:
• Lead attorney on complex civil rights, employment law and general litigation cases for prominent boutique litigation firm. • Specialized focus on issues affecting the LGBT community including but not limited to estate planning, separation and divorce, adoptions, and real estate matters. • Manage all aspects of cases from inception up to completion, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, trial and appeals in state and federal courts as well as in administrative hearings, arbitration and mediation forums. • Supervise associate attorneys, paralegals, and support staff. Play a key role in employee training and staff development.
