As Supervisor, all aspects relating to Vendor provisions, to support a mixed fleet of 30 x 10 & 13 Cu.yd. Mixers, 4 sets of OTR Bulk Powder Doubles. 4 Sets of Mining Belly Dump Doubles, 1 x End Dump, 1 x 96H Caterpillar Loader, 2 Site Water Trucks, Mobile Lamp Sets, Boom Forklift. On site Safety Training of Shop staff and helpers. Compliance to all OSHA, MSHA, EPA, and FMCSA Regulations. Liased with OE. suppliers relative to Warranty repair and replacement. Manufacturer Recall campaigns, OE parts, and Lubricant requisitions. As Lead Technician, Scheduling Vehicles, and Equipment for Time/Mileage PM. Class A>B>,C Services, Period and Annual DOT Inspections. Schedule Technicians for 15 hour per day coverage, plus week ends, and occasional night shifts. Recorded all utilised inventory usage, for resupply. Maintained Virgin and Recap tire traceability. Cost coded, all through put of supplier originated products. Have Maximum effort vehicle availabilty for the Batching , on a daily basis.
