I have provided services in the following areas: primary contact with clients in regards to project cost, quality and scheduled issues; constructability & bidability reviews and reports; construction observation, inspection & review, change order, site and document review, claims review and report development; preconstruction and construction phases contract review, analysis and revision; project schedules forecast & development (Primavera); contract development; value engineering team leader, member and report development (facilitated multi-million cost savings on major projects); cost estimating; bid package development; contactors expense authorization review and approval; evaluate contractors performance and punch-list development; proposal presentations team member, project budget review and invoice development; projects cash flow analysis; constructability checklist development (for specifications and construction documents); existing buildings investigation, examination and report development; document control; coordinate and review the works of architects, engineers, drafters, technicians and administrative staffing; and staff hiring. I have provided these services for the following clients and/or projects: NYC-EDC; NYC-DGS; NYS-OGS; Doral Inn (Hotel) N.Y.; Suffolk County Community College – N.Y.; Westchester Community College- N.Y.; Baton Rouge Airport – L.A; St George Ferry Terminal-N.Y.; Rikers Island Kitchens-N.Y.; Pennsylvania Station Redevelopment-N.Y.; 345 Adams St (Off. Bldg.)-Brooklyn-N.Y.; Buffalo International Airport-N.Y.; Port Authority of Allegheny County-Pittsburgh Pennsylvania; New Olympic Stadium and Old San Juan Court House-San Juan-Puerto Rico; Brooklyn Courthouse-N.Y; Columbia University-N.Y; Phoenix Court House –Arizona; Ft. Lauderdale International Airport-Florida; JFK International-N.Y.; Richmond International Airport-V.A; Miami International Airport-Florida; Fresh kills Landfill-N.Y; United Nations (Claims Proposal) Uganda-Africa; University of Pittsburgh-Pennsylvania and NYCDDC & DDC Schools. I have additionally provided all services as outlined above for the two following projects: NYCDOT, Vehicle Maintenance & Repair Facility, Webster Ave. Bronx, NY ($22 Million) Provide quality management of a new 100,000 sq. ft. two (2) building facility for the New York City Department of Transportation. This facility replaced a similar one of the same scope and size. NYC EDC & NYPD New Harbor Charlie Police Facility, Brooklyn,N. Y. ($12 Million) Provide quality management of a new 16,000 sq. ft. facility with a new marina (for ten (10) boats) And existing bulkhead (1100 L.F) reconstruction for the New York City Economic Development Corporation in conjunction with New York City Police Department. This facility improved the operational efficiency of the rescue and patrol areas for the entire NYPD Marine (Harbor Charlie) Unit.
