Daily Duties at Wgnx Tv:
Capturing new business for WGNX-TV. Writing and producing local television ads for first time advertisers. Handled the Subwway, Richs Department Store, Six Flags and the J. Walter Thompson account. Weekly contact with all advertisers either face to face, lunch or dinner and/or written personal notes attached to important information about WGNX-TV. Regularly negotiating annual and quarterly buys. Supporting our ratings with well thoughtout rationale in order to obtain our fair share of business. Getting well deserved increases with key accounts according to higher rating for any given demographic duing the year. Interpreting each Nielson rating book to find our strengths and weaknesses to important competitive information for the other five TV stations in the market.
