Approved and insured the continuity of housing assistance paymens under THDA adminsitered subsidy programs. Conducted annual housing audits for HQS, calculated HUD approved rent increases. Worked with new constuction, substantial rehab, existed housing and the voucher demonstration programs throughout the West Tennessee area.
