Daily Duties at Laser Mechanisms:
Managed accounting and finance: consolidation, inventory, budgets, tax strategies, human resources, financing options and banking relationships. Actively involved in developing both short and long-term corporate strategies. Worked closely with sales, production, operations and engineering to improve overall Company performance.
