Daily Duties at Tech Team Global:
Managed a department of eight people responsible for the monthly and quarterly reporting process, SEC reporting and consolidations of a multinational Company with 23 locations worldwide. Supervised the technical research required to ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Department was also responsible for the general ledger, invoicing, AP/AR, currency exchange, state and federal taxes, stock-based compensation plans, quarterly reviews and annual audits.
