Ensuring the timely collection and accurate posting of rents, daily deposits, handling of delinquencies and L&T cases, sending accounts to collection, scheduled current, future, incoming and outgoing residents on a non-metered utility system based upon their lease beginning, ending, vacancy and/or lease ending date. Prepared and executed future and current lease's and renewals. Encouraged resident retention, updated resident reports such as resident listings, door king, key trak, and data watch. Prepared correspondence. Scheduled/coordinated service request between vendors and maintenance personnel for occupied apartments, ground inspections, checked vacant apartments for market readiness. Notified and prepared annual rent increases. Daily interaction with residents. Approximately 678 apartment homes.
