Daily Duties at Bell South Telecommunications:
As Project Manager, I had various roles in the Work Management Center, Installation & Maintenance, and Construction & Engineering. My roles included dispatch oversight and appointment control for all POTS/DSL lines in the state of Mississippi, management of a crew of 18 Installation & Maintenance technicians responsible for 12 wire centers in East Central Mississippi, and management of Engineering & Construction technicians in East Central Mississippi. In these jobs I was responsible for all time reporting, quality, safety, scheduling, PSC Complaints, and customer satisfaction.
