Daily Duties at Wake Forest University:

managed a budget of 200,000, supervised 70 athletes and 5 assistant coaches designed and implement training plans for 45 athletes and many went on to win Atlantic Coast Conference Academic and athletic awards. This includes two NCAA Champions, an NCAA national record holder, the NCAA women of they year and a Rhodes Scholar. Counseled young men and women on acadmeic and career choices, taught proper running and stretching mechicans, recruited over 300 athletes to the University
