Graduate courses teaching techniques to defuse conflict management and organizational design. • Integrate multiple functional perspectives and different professional perspectives to create innovative solutions to complex problems Operations, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management • Analyze organizational structures as they relate to mission and strategies. Apply basic theories and best practices of business managers and leaders. Graduate courses the values of teamwork and team building. • Communicate effectively and Demonstrate critical thinking and communication skills. Identify basic theories, principles, and practices related to each of the functional areas of business.

Working in an organization that is technologically advanced, creative, and innovative is critical in your assessment of hiring companies. Less important to you are stability of the organization, the length of time an organization has been in business, and the business' plans for the future. You prefer a fast-moving company that will take risks to achieve its goals and objectives. The length of time the company has been in business is irrelevant. Maintaining status quo is unnecessary.
