•Program and Purchasing Manager: a)Interpreted statement of work to develop, execute, and monitor programs. b)Managed quoting, buying, and assembly of cables, programming, kitting and turnkey assemblies. c)Managed the day-to day operation of Purchasing, Inventory and administrative staff. •Operations and Accounting a)Met with internal and external teams at all levels to determine goals, implement plans, coordinate tasks, and manage changes. b)Reorganized policies and procedures to better service customers and branches. c)Accomplished turning a department from a loss to a profit center. d)Organized and managed a newly established branch in sales, and distribution of computer systems, hard drives, modems, and boards. e)Managed an administrative sales team designed to seek new markets and opportunities not previously services by computer sales. Annual department sales of over $23 million. f)Overseen Accounting, Data Processing, Cash Receipts, Credit Collections, and Vendor audits.
