As a Training & Communications Coordinator for Sanmina/SCI Systems, Inc., I created an effective plan of action for scheduling a program incorporating various administrative levels. I designed a comprehensive program evaluation report for approval by executive staff. With a thorough knowledge of company needs, developed and implemented global and on site training programs. Conducted company program evaluation to set up educational classes in Reading, Writing, Math, ESL, & GED for floor employees. Served as a Representative for Southwest ISD Vocational Education Program. Possessed knowledge of legal processes and precedents related to issues of discrimination and equity. I provided technical assistance to executive staff. I disseminated research and information throughout company in writing via email. Drafted and reviewed policies and procedures for executive staff. Assisted in personnel staffing and training; including benefit packages, reference verification, company rules and regulations, and time sheet management.

Less important to you are stability of the organization, the length of time an organization has been in business, and the business' plans for the future. You prefer a fast-moving company that will take risks to achieve its goals and objectives. The length of time the company has been in business is irrelevant. Maintaining status quo is unnecessary. You thrive on change, uncertainty and the upside of potential business risks, especially those associated with innovation.
