Second Grade Teacher at Antioch Christian Academy. Chaired the Curriculum Committee. Conducted committee meetings, planned meeting topics, and organized committee research and study. Researched various Christian curriculums to determine possible new curriculum for purchase by the school. Developed research questions and analysis for teachers to review various curriculums. Using knowledge of behavior and discipline, participated in the implementation of cohesive Discipline Plans.
