Daily Duties at Fuji Sylisia Chemical:
Processing sodium silicate, caustic soda, and sulfuric acid to produce micronized silica. Maintain the balance of raw materials and high pressure steam in a reaction process. Control and analyze products’ PH, conductivity, APS, total velocity, and product whiteness. Manipulate plant operations via SCADA and PLC controls.
