Daily Duties at Accept Software:
Directed all development and maintenance of the four major Accept360 products, overseeing teams in Fremont, CA and Pune, India. Redefined platform topology and architecture for SaaS operations to improve scalability and ensure high availability. Introduced new QA processes and instilled engineering discipline. Ensured customer satisfaction with quality of product and spent time listening to customers “hearing” their concerns about features and quality, then taking action within Engineering to address.
