Daily Duties at Hospital Housekeeping Systems:
Worked at several hospitals in Texas and Mississippi. Total program management to produce consistent "Showplace" results and complete customer satisfaction. Manage multi-tiered satisfaction programs to improve HCAHPS and internal satisfaction metrics. Maintain budget compliance to include Payroll and Supplies. Assist in training of new management candidates as they progress through our Management Training Program. Hire, train and consistantly manage and evaluate EVS staff.
