MONITORED THE FILLING OF MORE THAN 6,000 EYEGLASS PRESCRIPTIONS PER MONTH at wholesale optical lab. Used a variety of quantitative and qualitative tools to ensure accuracy; identified and resolved discrepancies between incoming prescriptions and order entry throughput. Ensured that customer and patient data, lens material, color, type, power, frame measurements and billing was accurately transcribed from incoming prescription to lab management system. PERFORMED WIDE VARIETY OF LAB FUNCTIONS when needed including data entry, various elements of frame and lens throughput and customer service. Established procedures to monitor and improve manufacturing processes. Interacted with customers and technicians on quality, billing, and product availability issues. Provided detailed reports on data entry throughput, lab errors, customer discount disputes and cost of merchandise.
