Daily Duties at Ryerson:

Overall account customer account management. Responsibilites included quoting, following up on quotes, getting / entering the order, inventory management, procurement, problem solving, and managing logistics for orders/inventory throughout the U.S. and Mexico. Required to take care of large customers while also taking inquiries for customers that would call with small inconsistent inquiries. Supported outside sales representives with any questions they may have to offer. They found the customers while I made sure they stay happy and received their material on time.
