Daily Duties at Signal Corporation:
As a Signal Corps representative at PSD Willow Grove PA, - The effective and timely management of four Windows NT servers and one Microsoft Exchange 5.5 server. - As Information Assurance Manager (IAM), trained and documented the training of 41 users on security issues related to the use of their workstations. - Liaised between NPPSC Norfolk VA (headquarters) and Officer in Charge, PSD Willow Grove on any issue related to insecurities and violations related to misuse of governmental assets. - Worked with administrative staff at PSD Willow Grove in matters related to the electrical wiring of the building. - Ensured that all 41 Windows NT workstations were up to date with Service Packs, IAVAs, IAVBs. and operating systems patches.
