Daily Duties at Envoy Mortgage:

-Handled refinances/purchases for individuals involving 15, 20, and 30yr. terms. Help to follow process through from start to finish. Organized documents and disclosures needed to process loan effectively and efficiently. -Managed credit repair helping customers to get to acceptable levels of credit in order to help them qualify for refinancing. -Worked with individuals who had hardships to get them loan modifications in order to help them keep from getting their house foreclosed on. -Worked with other individuals and departments to help get deals done effectively and efficiently in a timely manner. This is of high importance because all loans are time sensitive. -Designed and created projected revenue models for the current year as well as revenue growth potential models over 3 year and 5 year span for investors. Also created projected sustainable residual revenue models over that same span. Taking those numbers I then created profitability tables showing break-even points and upwards trends. -Oversaw book keeping and small accounting functions and company budgeting.
