Daily Duties at Wachovia:
Leads a staff in sales, service and operations. Responsibilities include coaching team around customer service though modeled behavior, on the spot coaching and real time coaching leading to increase sales and a higher level of customer service. Last two years team customer service scores were in the top percentile in the region. Meeting and exceeding sales goals. My teams have won multiple regional campaigns. Handling all employee HR issues including interviewing and hiring, corrective action, performance management and recognition. Responsible for budget and financial center operations. Outbound calling and heavy customer contact both written and oral. Onsite presentations to businesses. Others skills include- Microsoft Word, Internet, My Time and performance management tools.
