Assisted in building the firm from the ground up by tapping into a unique and highly profitable market niche. Key Contributions:  Grew annual sales to $1.3 million in 2 years – achieved $2 million by 2003.  Placed more than 650 professionals in a variety of finance and legal firms.  Oversaw all company operations, market research, business planning, and client relations to successfully grow sales and achieve outstanding client retention.
