Military Base Facilities Maintenance and Infrastructure Service Manager. Responsibilities included total quality management of all personnel services. Oversaw Skilled Trades, Warehousing, and Operations departments including ROWPU, HVAC, Plumbing, Electric, Heavy Equipment, Roads & Grounds maintenance, Carpentry, Custodial, Materials Warehousing, SSA, Ops, Safety, Quality, Construction and Engineering. Conducted audits with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA). Conversed with Base Commanders and Mayors to pursue change orders and funding requests through the LOGCAP Support Officer (LSO), and administered their contracts exceeding a total value of >$100 M. Managed the daily activities of the contract. Managed transition of assets and resources from the incumbent contractor. Proficiently used MS Excel to create and track daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables for project controls.
