Daily Duties at Lazard Capital Markets:
Responsible for gathering national retail data and intelligence across all points of retail distribution including luxury, specialty, department store, chains, big box and off price. Data includes merchandise content, marketing, inventory levels, historical comparisons, in store promotions and pricing activity, comparisons to competition, market position and relevance. Manage national team of 30 "mall rats" or field operatives who submit weekly data. Manage reporting budget. No P&L.
