Daily Duties at Tiger Swan, Inc.:

• Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development to include HR audits, benchmarking and strategic planning. • Monitor, gauge and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales. • Research, develop and write policy and procedure for the company and implement the same with companywide training consisting of workshops, hands-on and use of learning management systems. • Responsible for the creation of staffing plans based on analysis of recruitment objectives, budget constraints and contract requirements. • Institute, organize and train supervisors and managers in performance management, to include the writing of progressive disciplinary procedures, hiring/termination practices, case study analysis and performance objectives. • Benefits administrator for health and welfare plan and 401(k) enrollment; responsible for implementation and oversight of COBRA when applicable.
