Started as Corporate Maketing Administrator: Supported over 300 sales personnel at 25 offices nationwide on core marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth. Provided education on marketing programs and managed inventory control and distribution of marketing collateral materials for sales of timeshares. Also worked with the IT Department to develop website. Served as a Project Manager for marketing campaigns to ensure scope of work was performed on time and within budget including website content, special promotions, e-mail blasts, direct mail, and partner marketing for lead generation. Got promoted to Referral Marketing Coordinator: Developed and executed marketing initiatives that generated over $3 million in annual revenue from referrals of existing timeshare owners. Coordinated and conceptualized marketing communications for 25 nationwide sales offices. Designed product messaging framework and value proposition for the referral program website and quarterly newsletter. Trained 3 Referral Service Call Center employees to support existing customers and referrals through comprehensive service. Solved high level customer issues escalated from Referral Call Center group. Determined department objectives, established sales lead collection and contact management reports, tracked and analyzed national referral program campaigns, and analyzed outcomes. Also coordinated customer referral events with sales offices to showcase resorts to existing customers and referral guests for resort tours. Provided remote planning support and selected on-site execution.
