Daily Duties at Genentech:

•Help with the implementation of new LMS (CHRIS LSO) •Utilize Quickbase application for creating and assigning tickets and resolve miscellaneous issues regarding any learning plans and/or Plateau issues •Collect, review, and enter training and trainee data timely and accurately in gLearn (Plateau) •Generate revision report utilizing Business Objects and update revisions accordingly on Plateau •Report on any data maintained in gLearn (Plateau) and answer general queries from managers and employees on classes and credits •Create/remove components, qualifications, and other content in gLearn in accordance with department procedures. •Manage customer requests and reports to support audits and inspections, and to report against department or site goals •Verify completion of required training for System Account Application Request Forms •Participate in gLearn Administrator community meetings •Actively participate in project teams. Identify issues and gaps, and ensure they are resolved •Generate report on CAPA (corrective and preventive action” training and omit training credit
