Daily Duties at Magna Electronics:
Lead Auditor over audit team, which received TS16949:2002 registration in November 2006, on its first try. Coordinate all internal audit activities (TS16949/ISO14001) including preparation, submission, follow-ups, recommended corrective action, job audits, and doc audits. Supervise, maintain, and prepare all quality documentation including Quality Manual, Procedures, Work Instructions, Forms, Quality Records, Engineering Specs, Maintenance Records, Safety Training, and Training Records. Maintain MSDS book. Supervise, maintain, and prepare all EH&S documentation including Procedures, Work Instructions, and Forms. Maintain MSDS book. Track and maintain all accident reports and logs, and accident investigation. Responsible for all medical supply orders (First Aid kits, safety glasses, gloves, etc.). Responsible for all employee safety and environmental training that is required. Program Manager for Safety Committee and Ergonomics Committee.
