I was responsible for Customer Satisfaction of customers when they purchased vehicles and when they brought their vehicles in for service. Also, I would train the sales staff on product knowledge so they would be able to better understand the customer needs when making a presentation. I assisted sales and service staff when their customer satisfaction scores were below average to help them understand what improvements were needed. I assisted customers to solve any issues that kept them from being completely satisfied. Oversaw the service drive employees to insure that each customer was promptly greeted when they pulled in.
