Managed Sales Pipeline of over 4.2 million dollars in 2010. Performed Market assessments to determine Market viability and Product viability for the Respective Market. Evaluated and created various Regional price points and Solution sets to meet market needs. Performed Sales presentations for various Construction Organization leaders. Generated and presented Sales Proposals and Contracts as needed Had primary responsibility for all Contract negotiations for Power & HVAC Div. in State of Virginia and Washington, DC Responsible for generating leads through Dodge, PEC & SalesForce.com software. Perform in a cross functional team role with Development, Product Management, Sales, Project Management, and Customer Services departments to achieve optimal customer satisfaction and organizational growth. Design and complete hospital, university and other various site assessments of power generation and distribution solution needs. Review of all RFP and RFI service requests. Responsible for training a multitude of contractors throughout Maryland, DC & Virginia per OSHA standards. Perform technical and operational analyses of aerial equipment to determine remanufacturing opportunities on aerial equipment. Help design and complete various site assessments of Ground/Dirt equipment in large excavating projects. Serve as a speaker at construction industry forums and conventions including ABC Regional Seminars. Complete responsibility of product and customer presentations
