Daily Duties at Us Navy:
• Communication liaison between active duty members and civilians • Audiology Technician, giving ear exams • Published PR pieces for squadron and medical clinic • Performed customer service duties for civilians and active duty personnel for medical unit • Developed database of service members who needed services for entire squadrons • Supervised staff of 25 subordinates and delegate duties • Preventive Medicine duties: water tests, food preparation inspections, compartment cleanliness inspections, etc. • Performed supervisory duties as Emergency Room Supervisor • Certified Audiology Technician • Past Certified EMT • Maintain medical records. • Performed numerous nursing / doctor duties o Phlebotomy o Minor surgery o Wrote prescriptions o Conducted physical exams o Conducted, advised and prescribed treatment for service members and their families, etc as medical provider (in place of doctor) o Developed and presented workshops and seminars on various medically related topics, such as emergency medicine; nuclear, bio and chemical hazards/treatments; cpr; etc. o Performed chiropractic care to patients
