Daily Duties at Alutiiq, Llc:
Strategic planning and business capture process leadership for tactical business opportunities in the $10 million through $1billion and greater range; responsible for division growth and new business awards; building, training and leading 13 capture managers; capable of executing all aspects of the capture plan and successfully leading the organization through the capture/proposal process up to contract award; leading the capture and proposal decision gate reviews for pursuits, including the development and articulation of win strategy, competitive assessments, ROI and risk management assessments; assisting in the design, testing and implementation of a customized marketing, capture and proposal management software product.
