● Investigated problems with meters and modules and proposed solutions to decrease errors in data collection units (DCU), revised bill of materials to provide an accurate consensus of materials to be used in the field, created list of deviation and product change notices to track progress and provide a reference of solutions ● Created a process flow model for special handle meters in the GEMMS manufacturing plant to analyze module/meters and to diagnose problems quicker and troubleshoot more efficiently ● Designed SharePoint site for Gas & Electric SmartMeter Engineering units to organize and help collaborate engineers, contractors, and other users with a library of 2,000+ documents ● Gained knowledge on SmartMeter modules, network, infrastructure, future plans and information pertaining to standards, compliance, departments and processes used within the utility industry
