...Organized and directed 24 planner and estimators, and building inspectors in delegating trade-related tasks/duties, involving maintenance and repair of all buildings, structures, utilities and grounds to trade related workcenters aboard Camp Lejeune Marine Corp Base. ...Authorized the issuance of emergency/urgent and routine work orders for construction, maintenance, and repair work. ...Directed workcenters and contractors in preventive maintenance, repair, replacement, new installation and relocation of equipment, structural, HVAC, controls, electrical, plumbing and piping trades. ...Allocated manpower/labor, materials, and equipment requirements for multiple work centers while considering current and future workload, maintenance trend, workload forecast, and seasonal impact; designated assignments to work centers based on nature and urgency. ...Evaluated work centers production and efficiency by closely monitoring accomplishment of workload and requested additions/reductions in manpower to match requirement.
