• Office management for Kennesaw, GA office • Provided inventory management for Southeastern distribution warehouse containing approximately $380,000.00 and 120,000 lbs. in powder coating inventory and stocking over 800 different items in three sizes. • Supervised a 7200 square foot warehouse and its two employees. Received approximately twenty mixed skids per week. Shipped approximately 125 orders per week consisting of an average of 340 total boxes. • Oversaw three customer service specialists covering 850 customers in eight Southeastern states plus Bermuda, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean and portions of Central America. • Hired, trained and evaluated all local customer service and warehouse employees. • Organized and maintained sample panel inventory distribution program for the NAFTA region. Produced and distributed an average of 4000 samples weekly. • Oriented four regional salesmen in all office policies and procedures. Facilitated sales force training in the company product line. • Handled customs paperwork for all weekly shipments to Canada as well as miscellaneous customs needs as determined by sales orders.
