...Responsible for cradle to grave subcontract administration and planning and estimating at Camp Lejeune, Marine Corp Base. ...Directed all facets of subcontract processes and management, including but not limited to evaluating sub-contractors proposals, negotiating contract terms and conditions, drafting cost/price analysis, as well as creating and issuing subcontract documents and subcontract agreements; utilized Costpoint Financial Systems in creating point-of-sale (POS). ...Negotiated and awarded subcontract agreements to include terms, conditions, and price. ...Prepared RFPs in accordance with FAR/DFARS requirements. ...Executed Non-Disclosure Agreements, Supplier Agreements, MOU’s and other agreements as required. ...Provided oversight and guidance in addressing difficult subcontract actions. ...Utilized applications such as RS Means construction cost data and EPS, as well as extracted historical knowledge and data to produce detailed labor and material estimates. ...Resolved subcontract issues/concerns while adhering to legal requirements, company policies, government FARS and DFARS, and customer objectives.
