Daily Duties at Frisbie Memorial Hospital:
• Oversee all operations for multiple service lines while working with a multi-disciplinary team to support efficient daily activities of Walk-In Care and Family Practice centers, employing 14 providers and 34+ employees • Provide administrative oversight and mentorship to leadership / supervisor teams to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and deliver quality patient care. This may include employee coaching and / or education. • Maintain compliance with Federal, (including CMS) regulatory, and State standards including Administrator of Record for Walk In Care. Also maintain all quality measures as well as MIDAS reporting and follow up. • Develop new roles, written policies, procedures, and training programs for implementation in all service lines • Manage all financials for the department and develop annual budget to present to VP team annually for two locations • Act as resource for multi-disciplinary team members and other managers • Foster and encourage, collaborative, positive atmosphere which has greatly increased morale and reputation
