Responsible for managing and expanding sales in a newly developed sales territory in Greensboro, High Point and Burlington, North Carolina. As an Account Executive I marketed industrial cleaning, packaging, and eqiupment solutions to building service contractors, property management, industrial, healthcare, and institutional accounts. In three years I significantly increased my customer base to over 230 active accounts and increased sales to 745K. Accountable for building sales volume by effectively and efficiently marketing industrial cleaning supplies and equipment to commercial and institutional accounts. Built successful business-to-business relationships through telemarketing, targeted cold calling, discovery meetings, and presentations. Negotiated lucrative contract terms and consistently closed business transactions. Developed strategic plans to identify and target potential customers, and created individual action plans to expand business with current customers Consulted with clients to gain insights into maintenance problems, industrial applications, equipment needs, and developed customers focused value propositions that created a market advantage for North State Supply and its products
