• Implementation Coordination: Leading many projects through Service Management requirements for software testing and deployment. – Key accomplishments; I provided mobile application deployment and process support primarily for J2EE applications. Many in-house created tools were used in this position. Some industry standards include used include HP’s Service Manager; Lotus Notes; Microsoft office suite. • SAP Business Objects Development – Providing development support for report and “Universe” development. – Key accomplishments; Developed reports from SQL databases using Cognos cubes & Business Objects universes. • Storage Area Network (SAN) Performance & Capacity Planning – Managed and created processes and tools to perform trending analysis for capacity trending. Key accomplishments; Evaluated and recommended multi-vendor enterprise level capacity trending software for SAN utilizations and storage usage. Both HP and Hitachi offer storage monitoring and management software. Other tools include E-health for switch bandwidth monitoring software and Storability software. • Intranet/Internet Performance & Capacity Planning – Administrator for KeyNote services also proving bandwidth capacity usage & forecasting measurements. Key accomplishments; Implemented KeyNote bandwidth load testing. • Windows Performance & Capacity Planning – Fourth level support for vast WAN Windows environment to insure a stable computing environment. Key accomplishments; I was key in providing proactive performance processing procedures. Tools used in this position are BMC Best/1 monitoring software.
