Survey results were 99% favorable • Led Hampton operation through a period of significant growth, market expansion and diversification which resulted in a 40% increase in revenues • Designed and implemented a customized safety training program which reduced the accident rate by 30% • Condensed current routing infrastructure to maximize on road efficiencies for both deliveries and pickups • Reduced employee turnover by 50% • Responsible for 727 Boeing Jet inbound and outbound FAA regulations and compliance. • Management of sales team including, hiring, coaching and goals setting • Monitored sales volume which resulted in increased sales revenue year over year • Performed and administered Human Resource Functions.
