Daily Duties at S.D.D.S. Inc.:
Spearheaded the distribution of telephone books (+/- 500K) throughout assigned regions nationwide. Securing multiple office/warehouse locations, scheduling all necessary advertising, equipment and personnel to efficiently set up the designated distribution points. Arranged with client, corporate headquarters and trucking companies’ book shipping/delivery dates. Recruited personnel, including former contract workers, through advertisements. Trained and managed administrative and field staff, orienting them to the proper completion of key documentation, safety management, and payment functions. Unloaded and stacked pallets filled with telephone books, operated forklifts, and performed other hands-on tasks as necessary until full employee quota is reached.
