Daily Duties at Target:

• Managed $1.5 million monthly projected inventory balances for finished goods and food inventory in distribution warehouse. • Supervised management and inventory of materials valued at eighty million dollars. • Monitored contractor/supplier performance against strategy plans and implemented corrective actions. • Provided supply chain and logistical guidance for inbound division. • Responsible for a diverse scope of responsibility that included manpower planning/scheduling, budgeting, vendor sourcing negotiations, and interdepartmental relations. • Ensured all key performance indicators were met including output, utilization, efficiency, quality service, and cost.
