Daily Duties at Rbji Computer Technologies :
Provide quality commercial data communications technical support in the IT industry. Install and assist with configurations for; CISCO router models 1841,2611,3825 etc., Acculink Paradyne DSU/CSU models 3610,3160., Packetteer firewall, Adtran for voice & data system, CISCO VOIP phone system and GSK Smithkline voice mail system. Assist with trouble shooting T1, DS3 circuits. Lead technician for four Lufthansa campus Exp+ Roll Outs. Install and assist with configuring IER 512 bagtag printers for Continental and British Airways. Managed IT support for various corporate accounts and in the private sector. Provided support for all standard business applications. Worked with clients to define, test, deploy, train and support the applications. Resolved all problems that related to the desktop environment. Among them were network connectivity and software troubleshooting issues. Current technologies used are: Windows NT, 95,98, Win2K, Novell Netware 4.11 & 5.0, Netscape 4.7, Corporate time, MS Office 97, 2000, Sap v4.6B, Project 98, Filemaker Pro, Timbuktu v1.5.4, Documentum, Workspace, Lotus Notes, Lotus Organizer, End notes, Reflections and Express T&E. In the private sector or for home users, I do repairs and sales and provide support for hardware and software.
