Managed staff of 15 and provided operational oversight for 5 separate facilities with additional reporting management team of 5. Accountable for retail growth and branch profitability as per defined sales quotas. Trained and motivated staff and promoted a positive sales culture for consistent goal attainment. Oversaw branch administration and all daily processes and routines. Managed a $5K budget.
