Performed in a dual role within internal audit and control and as a software administrator. Conducted field audits of branches covering personal banker and teller operations. Acquired detailed information and data, documented any discrepancies with policies/procedures, and discussed findings and recommendations with branch management. Defined action items and completed follow-up on items for attention from audited branches. Oversaw branch self-audits, created action items, and performed follow-up on any deficiencies branches identified. Administered software applications (i.e., ran new accounts, debit cards, and other information into software system daily), and created reports for optimum paying and tracking of incentives.
