Manager- Expediting Return Authorizations, charge backs, Q/C, Process orders and voucher orders for costing on projects, interface with vendors for best pricing, locate products, liaison with freight lines to resolve shipping issues, weekly follow up on existing orders for delivery with vendors, special process of orders. Work with credit department on proforma invoices due. Set up new account, Entered new products, fielded customer service calls, liaison for outside sales force. Purchased raw materials need for projects, Copyright on new products. Worked ijn the custom area for solutions to design needs. Vast knowledge of purchasing system
